The Customer Care Center is available on line for the following issues:

• Checking up on an order: For orders placed on this site, you can check the status on-line.
  Make sure that you are logged in.
  
  Click here to see your latest order(s). If you see a message: "There is no data to show you... "
  you should check the date range of the report. Also check to see whether your registration information as displayed is correct.
  
  Once your order has been found, you will see:
        - Order Data and Number
        - Product Description and SKU
        - Unit Price, quantity and total amount (without shipping & handling if applicable)
        - Shipping and Estimated delivery dates
        - Copy option.
  When you click on the button a new copy of your invoice will be sent to you.
• Updating your registration data: If your address or general location has changed, please click here to change the information. You will receive a confirmation email.
• Forgotten Passwords: It is possible that you forgot your password and that the email address you used to log in with no longer accepts email. In that case, the "Forgotten Password" option when logging in will not work as we cannot send you an email. We suggest that you either call our Customer Care Center or update your registration information in case you remember your old email address and password.
