Question: Where can I ask something about my on-line order?
For orders placed with Ability USA only, you can check on-line from this website.
Make sure that you are logged in.
Click here to see your latest orders. If you see a message: "There is no data to show you... "
you should check the date range of the report. Also check to see whether your registration information as displayed is correct.
Once your order has been found, you will see:
- Order Data and Number
- Product Description and SKU
- Unit Price, quantity and total amount (without shipping & handling if applicable)
- Shipping and Estimated delivery dates
- Copy option.
When you click on the  button a new copy of your invoice will be sent to you.
